Peter Müller was born in Ruda, Poland, in 1981. From 2007 he studied with Professor Sir Tony Cragg at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf from which he graduated as Cragg's Master Student in 2014. He held a scholarship from Atelierstipendium Cologne and was awarded the St. Leopold Friedenspreisträger Stiftung Klosterneuburg, Vienna, and Kunstförderpreis of the City Neuss. His works have been shown at the 3rd Biennial for Young Art Moscow and numerous exhibitions in Germany. The artist lives and works in Neuss, Germany.

With his work, Peter Müller wants to create a connection between sculpture and painting with the visualisation of a brushstroke as a sculpture. Sir Tony Cragg’s master student has developed a unique visual language.
